As I had already purchased the Yeti To Party stamp set, I just HAD to have the Yeti dies.

Have you tried the Reverse Image or Mirror technique before?
I find it easiest to achieve if using the Stamparatus and a Silicone Craft Sheet (or mat).
Using the Stamparatus, you can stamp the image multiple times on the Silicone Craft sheet in the same place, and then place a piece of cardstock on to the stamped image. Without moving the cardstock, you can stamp again, which you give you a "reversible" image. This also makes it easy to die cut or punch with a coordinating item.
I also gave on of the Yeti's "open" eyes by simply using a black Stampin' Write Marker.
